I'm always happy to schedule a free, no obligation call to see if we are a good fit. First time clients, please contact me 8 weeks in advance of your first intended deadline (longer for the BIG ones - if you're on this page, you know what I mean.)
FIRST TIME CLIENTS
First-time clients typically hire me to support a submission to large national or international call. I bring another set of highly invested and responsive eyes to monitor the entire application timeline and requirements. I manage and track the preparation of additional documents that can steal precious time from the scientific elements of the proposal.
LONG-TERM CLIENTS
We work together to develop middle and long-term funding strategies to make the process of pre-award grant writing a smooth, integrated piece of a successful academic career.
RATE
New projects are billed at an hourly rate of $180. I happily provide estimates of the total time needed to support a specific submission.
SMALL GROUP COURSES FOR APPLICANTS
Occasionally I offer small group courses in which researchers can join a series of video calls, benefit from my expertise, and receive personalized feedback on their drafts, all with the aim to reduce the hassle of applying for a big deal, career-making grant.
